Thursday, August 19th

Ironwood, Wisconsin - Espanola, Ontario CANADA

It was a cool morning,  so we wore full leathers, but no rain gear was required.  The wet weather which had been forecast for the morning had blown through during the night. It never got warm enough while riding during that day to ever take the leather off.
We had a long way to go today,  so,  although there were many photo opps, we didn't have time to capitalize on these. We did however take these two photos in Wakefield, Michigan:

We rode through the "Ottawa National Forrest" in Michigan on the way to Sault Ste. Marie;
Where we sailed through Customs, except for the line-up. We missed the Duty Free store, argh! They need bigger signs.
Dr. Evil rides a Harley?

We arrived in Espanola at 10:30 PM. It was dark and very cold for the last couple of hours of riding. We stayed at the same Hotel, the Pinewood Lodge, that we had stayed at on August 1st.
It's good to be back in Canada.
